What is a CashRentstimate?

CommonGround's CashRentstimate tool can help you find the cash rental value of a piece of farmland in just a few minutes! We use publicly available data to calculate a fair dollar per acre value in just three easy steps based on the number of tillable acres, the soil types present, and soil index ratings.

What information do I need to provide?

To find the cash rental value of your land, all you'll need to do is:

1. Select our aerial mapping tool to find your farm. You can search for your land by property address, parcel ID, or city & state.

2. Select “Fill Aerial Map” to generate the areas currently cropped. You can also draw your field for a more accurate estimate.

3. Provide your current cash rent value or if you currently have another agreement, please select 'I'm not currently cash renting my land'.
