Referral process
You'll introduce us to a landowner with farm or hunting ground, then we'll work with them to create a listing on CommonGround. Once a lease agreement has been signed, you'll get paid.
Our Services
RULES
You'll be paid $1000 per completed listing for any listing that exceeds $30,000 in Total Lease Value.
Tillable leases
Total Lease Value = Tillable Acres x $ per acre x Lease duration
Total Lease Value = Tillable Acres x $ per acre x Lease duration
Example
A 100 acre tillable property that has a winning bid of $200/acre for a lease that spans 3 years.
Total Lease Value = 100 x $200 x 3 = $60,000
You're paid $1000 once we've received the site fee!
Hunting leases
Total Lease Value = $ per year x lease duration
Total Lease Value = Tillable Acres x $ per acre x Lease duration
Example
A hunting property that has a winning bid of $10,000 per year for a lease that spans 3 years.
Total Lease Value = $10,000 x 3 = $30,000
You're paid $1000 once we've received the site fee!
For leases referred where Total Lease Value is less than $30,000, you'll be paid in proportion to the value of the lease in relation to $30,000

Hunting leases
Total Lease Value = $ per year x lease duration
Total Lease Value = Tillable Acres x $ per acre x Lease duration
Example
A hunting property that has a winning bid of $3,000 per year for a lease that spans 3 years.
Total Lease Value = $3,000 x 3 = $9,000
Your payment = $9,000 / $30,000 x $1000
You're paid $300 once we've received the site fee!
